我也来赶集咯!Selling In The Creators' Market

参与市集摆卖是个很好的体验, 遇到很多手作达人, 可以交流经验。 和客人交谈可以收集市场讯息以及直接回答消费者的疑虑, 包括 --

  • 手工皂会不会让皮肤感觉比较乾 ?

  • 一定要用起泡网才能有泡沫吗 ?

  • 这些颜色都是天然材料吗 ?

这些都算是手工皂的常见问题吧? 总之, 不管访客抛出什么问题, 我都能即时回答, 暗自庆幸的咧!

身为创作人, 我设计配方时都会做全方位的考量, 例如 : 滋润保湿, 起泡度, 清洁力, 耐用性。。。等等。 因此, 我的肥皂滋润保湿之余, 还能有丰润的泡泡,清爽的洗感以及相对耐用, 不会有干涩的感觉。

在市集摆档, 收获满满的不是销量,是能够走入人群探索市场讯息, 有助于启发创作灵感。嗯! 下回若有机会参加创意市集, 可以准备些试用样本, 派发给有缘人。

It was fun and great experience selling in the creator’s market, having the opportunity to interact with other hand crafters, and communicate with visitors to collect market information and answer consumers’ doubt, i.e :-

  • Would handmade soap cause dryness to skin ?

  • Must I use a netting bag to produce foam ?

  • Are these colors come from natural material ?

Trust these are frequent asked questions about handmade soap. I was glad I could answer all those questions on the spot. Being a creator, I normally consider all aspects of need i.e. moisturizing, foaming, cleansing, durable……etc. Hence my soap could produce rich lather with great cleansing power yet wouldn’t cause dryness to skin.

Selling in the market, I gain ideas and market information via direct communication with prospects and fellow creators. Hmm,,,,in future, may be I could prepare some trial sample to distribute for free.
